Due to our Scout Group not have its own Charity number (we are covered by blanket Scout Association number) we are unable to set up a Just Giving website. Our AGSL has agreed to allow us to use his personal Paypal account and he has agreed to cover all the fees involved. He has also agreed that an independant inspection can be carried out on the account to ensure complete transparancy..

March 2011
2nd Braunston Scout Leaders & Friends of the Scout Association need to raise money to repair the Scout Group’s building. Work is urgently required on the building if the Scout Group is to continue running. Leaders will be climbing Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in the Lake District “England” and finish by climbing Snowdon in Wales. All this will be achieved in less than 24 hours.
Funds raised will go towards repairing our Scout Hut known as “The Den”. We are very lucky to have our own building; we want to give the children of Braunston and the surrounding villages the opportunity to enjoy scouting in a safe environment.
We are looking to raise a total of £2,000 from this challenge towards our overall goal of £10,000, with your help we can go some way to achieving our goal.
With your support we can make this happen. Please use the donate button below.
Also if you Gift Aid your donation we can reclaim an extra 25%
